Refund and Returns Policy

Cryroc is the brand name of products sold on the official website www.cryroc.com (hereinafter referred to as “Cryroc”).

Order Cancellation

Design work will commence immediately upon receipt of your deposit, which is non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the final design, you may cancel the order and cease payment of the remaining balance. Once you confirm the design, you are required to pay the remaining balance, and we will initiate the printing and shipping process. After design confirmation, the remaining balance cannot be canceled or refunded. If you have paid the remaining balance and wish to modify or cancel the order, you will be required to pay the wrap fee again for reproduction. If you need to change the delivery address after the package has been shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate this request and will charge a redirection fee of $300.

Returns

Cryroc offers a one-year quality guarantee on goods purchased directly from the Cryroc official website. We believe you will love your new wrap. If within one year, there are quality issues due to the wrap provided by Cryroc (excluding vehicle scratches, application errors, etc.), we can arrange to send a new wrap of your original design free of charge. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must have an RMA number for processing. Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number will not be accepted by Cryroc.

Return requirements
  • Must be within 365 days from the original shipment date.
  • Damage and quality issues due to Cryroc’s quality.
  • Damage from vehicle contact, accidents, or installer errors will not be eligible for a refund, but a discount on a new wrap purchase may be offered at our discretion.
  • Customers must provide complete video and photo documentation and a detailed description of the damage.

Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20 working days. You will receive an email notification when your order is refunded. If you do not receive a refund after 20 working days, please contact us at [email protected].

Please Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
